Delight others to make the world a better place

  The world is becoming more stressful day by day. Our workplace, affected by the multiple pressures of work, also creates stress which many of us find difficult to cope with. How do we address this? How do we contribute to reducing stress and making this world a better place? Having worked with various colleges and teams in my profession, I’m still amazed that some of the most effective methods of reducing one’s stress and of improving one’s life are actually elemental. One of the basic lessons my parents taught me as a child: Instead of focusing on your own happiness, focus on someone else for a change. It will make the world a better place. We sometimes do forget this idea due to its simplicity. I’ve tried to apply this piece of wisdom into my life for as long as I can recall. I would say that the results are almost always flawless.
