  The world is becoming more stressful day by day. Our workplace, affected by the multiple pressures of work, also creates stress which many of us find difficult to cope with. How do we address this? How do we contribute to reducing stress and making this world a better place? Having worked with various colleges and teams in my profession, I’m still amazed that some of the most effective methods of reducing one’s stress and of improving one’s life are actually elemental.
